MORAGA, Calif. — As its season continues to approach, Saint Mary's women's water polo has signed its first transfer for their inaugural season.
Brooke Boyer comes to the Gaels from American River College playing as a goalkeeper. While there, the Orangeville native tallied 195 saves and finished with a record of 17-9, ranking second in wins in the Big 8 Conference this past season.
Over her athletic career, Boyer has collected several honors, including being named to the Big 8 All-Conference team her freshman year. She was named an All-American five times, earned San Joaquin All-Section First Team twice, and Sierra Foothill League First Team twice while prepping at Granite Bay High School. In 2025, her team won the San Joaquin Division I Section Championship.
Joining fellow goalkeeper Duru Ilter, Boyer's collegiate experience brings valuable depth for the Gaels in the cage.
