Prior to SMC: Been rowing for multiple years, prior to high school
• 2024 18th at Youth Nationals in the women's 2nd varsity 8+
• 2024 Midwest Youth Championship, 3rd place in the women's 2nd varsity 8+
• 2024 Team Captain
• 2023 Midwest Youth Championship, 2nd place in the women's 3rd varsity 8+
• Coxswain for 6 years on Saint Louis Rowing Club (since fall 2018)
Why I Chose SMC: I initially discovered Saint Mary's because of my connection to the women's rowing team. And from my first visit to campus I felt a strong connection that I didn't feel at any other campus. I felt like I could relate to the team - both in regards to individual teammates, as well as the team mindset and goals as well. Not only did the athletics draw me in, I quickly fell in love with the smaller campus size, and all of the wonderful unique opportunities that come along with that. The community here feels so genuine and supportive. Additionally there are still so many unique and interesting different majors and classes offered here on campus. I cannot wait for these next four years to continue to explore Saint Mary's College and myself!
